YOU WILL NEED
- Socks
- Scraps of felt, ribbon, buttons, lace, wool etc
- Feathers, sequins, plastic eyes etc
- Craft glue
- Large darning needle for wool
Have children put hand inside sock to prevent gluing both sides of the sock together.
Glue any of the materials to create an animal or person out of the sock. Use buttons or plastic eyes.
If child wishes to add hair, then adult assistance is required with threading wool strands and sewing onto the sock.
